Kali ini saya ingin membagikan catatan terkait konfigurasi Switch Dell, spesifik perangkat yang saya konfigurasi adalah Dell Force 10 S4810 dengan OS9 versi Dell Application Software Version: 9.7(0.0)

Untuk melakukan konfigurasi beberapa interface sekaligus, gunakan range

Dell(conf)#interface range tengigabitethernet 0/0-47, fortyGigE 0/48-60

Gunakan symbol - untuk up to/sampai dengan, dan gunakan symbol , jika terdapat perbedaan modul. contoh disini perbedaannya adalah module 10G dan 40G

Contoh disini saya menghidupkan semua interface terkait

Konfigurasi Interface/Port Untuk Berjalan di Layer 2

Seperti pada mikrotik kita harus memasukkan interface tertentu kedalam bridge port agar berjalan di Layer 2. Pada Switch Dell perintahnya adalah sebagai berikut.

Konfigurasi VLAN

Di OS9 konfigurasi VLAN nya adalah VLAN Based, Bukan Interface Based. Jadi kita masuk ke interface VLAN lalu definisikan VLAN Tersebut Tagged dan Untagged port nya kemana saja

VLAN Trunk/Tagged

Membuat sekaligus masuk kedalam interface VLAN

Hidupkan/aktifkan vlan

Tentukan Tagged port

Untuk mengubah operasi Interface menjadi layer 3 perintahnya adalah: Dell(conf-if-te-0/11)#no switchport
